About Cole Hranicky
A graduate of Memorial High School, Cole Hranicky started his freshman year at Texas Tech University in August 2019. He is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in real estate. Throughout high school, Cole Hranicky developed a strong foundation in business by taking several courses, such as accounting, money matters, business law, business information management, and global business.
Prior to enrolling at Texas Tech University, Mr. Hranicky worked as an intern at Gerber Construction, where he learned about various aspects of construction from building logistics and architecture plans to construction requirements and schedules. He worked in the office and at the build sites while shadowing and learning from the builders firsthand.
In the summer of 2016, Cole Hranicky spent six weeks working as a lifeguard at Sandalwood Lake in Houston, Texas. In this position, he was responsible for hiring and certifying new lifeguards, as well as monitoring the surroundings to guarantee adequate safety of visitors. At the same time, he would market his skills as a DJ through social media channels and book events and celebrations.Education
